Wonderful!
The resort was amazing. We were on a girls weekend and we loved the resort so much that we never left it during our stay. Extremely safe gated property. Everyone was wonderful. We will definitely return.
We absolutely loved the property. Although booking.com misrepresented our room. It indicated there was a hot tub in the room and there was not. Loved the room anyway! They just need to get facts straight.

Best hotel for teaching kids to snorkel and see marine life!
Wonderful location on a series of amazing little beaches. Great snorkeling for adults and kids right off the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, beds, pillows, bathrooms. Delcious food and huge wine selection. Not cheap, but you're on an island, so it should be expected somewhat. Everything was high quality and excellent service. Also, a beautiful fitness gym that is top quality.
Gets a little quiet at night for keeping kids entertained. The hotel did have things that were nice for kids (besides the obvious like beach, snorkeling, pools, etc). They had a little art program where kids could paint clay figures. A small playground for very young kids. I saw there was an outdoor animated movie (in spanish) one night, but i feel like they could have sent more information about their kids activities before we arrived and made a better effort to explain ideas for kids after we arrived (6 & 14 year old kids). That was my main issue. Do your homework or talk to the concierge before you arrive.

All in an Excellent Stay
Hotel located ~10 minutes from the port where the ferry arrives and 15 minutes from the center (going by car) gives the traveler a very favorable location. The breakfast was excellent without the limitations and restrictions and the room was very comfortable as well as its amenities (two bottles of beer, water and soft drinks included per day).
The concierge service was not friendly/concerned about our stay: we wanted to dive and rent a boat with a couple of friends and the only option they offered was from the hotel's internal agency (Scuba Doo) at a bad price. In the end we booked everything outside the hotel and it was cheaper and more reserved (we dived with just 4 other people whereas via Scuba Doo it was more than 10 people per boat). I recommend booking everything outside, the hotel has a mini port where boats can pick you up).

It was an excellent stay with friendly and helpful staff. They were all very accommodating.
All the staff were very hospitable and helpful. The security at the front of the property was well manned and they were very careful to only allow hotel guests onto the property.
